New: Contactless payment of shipments
Dear Customers,
we are pleased to bring you a new service that will facilitate payments and bring many benefits.
From 2 January 2024, it will be possible to pay cash on delivery contactlessly at all our drivers. We have gone one step further technologically and drivers do not have to search for payment terminals, everything is now easily accessible in one device, directly on the drivers' mobile phones.
This service is intended for all COD shipments delivered in the Czech and Slovak Republics.
It allows recipients of shipments to conveniently and quickly make payment directly with their contactless card, their own mobile phone or watch. The option to pay in cash remains, of course, unchanged.
It should be pointed out that this service is subject to a fee due to bank charges for card payments (as stated in the domestic pallet shipping price list). However, the convenience and thus the satisfaction of the consignees, who will no longer have to deal with cash, will be increased and time will be saved.
