Increase in transport charges for shipments to/through Germany
Dear Clients,
We would like to inform you about an important change in the prices of our piece pallet transport services. It concerns shipments going to Germany or transiting through Germany to other countries.
Why and from when did the price change?
From 1 December 2023, the German government has decided to increase the toll in Germany by up to 83%. This is due to the introduction of an additional CO₂ surcharge. As our clients already have the toll included in the total price of their transport fare, we are forced to reflect this significant increase in the price of the toll.
The new prices
As of 1 December 2023, new price lists apply for transport to Germany and other countries for which Germany is a transit country.
Percentage increases in transport charges by country:

Increases in transport charges for full truck load shipments and less than truck load will be handled individually.
We would like to emphasise that this change is not a result of our decision, but a reaction to the increase in tolls by the German government. In order to maintain our service at the current level and ensure reliability, we must take these additional costs into account.
