Change of fees for cash on delivery to Slovakia

Dear customers,

we would like to inform you about a change related to cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments to Slovakia.

As of 1 April 2025, the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic has introduced a tax on financial transactions, which also applies to the sending of COD payments collected from the recipients of the shipments. Due to this regulation, a fee of 0.4% will now be charged on payments for COD shipments from the Czech Republic to Slovakia, with a maximum limit of 40 EUR. This applies only to clients whose COD payments are credited to a bank account in Slovakia.

We appreciate our cooperation and hope that you will accept this change with understanding. It is the result of government regulation in Slovakia, therefore we cannot influence it in any way.
